5.  Place on internet ( cincy mls, realtor.com, our website & others)

6.  Place ad in home buyers guide (will run in each issue until it sells)

7.  Place newspaper ads as needed (Normally open house ads only)

8.  Prepare feature sheet and brochure box

9.  Send listing information to neighbors

10.  Promote to other agents, reverse prospecting,   etc.

11.  Promote to walk-in & call-ins

12.  Promote to previous buyers and sellers

13.  Offer home warranty

14.  Conduct open houses as needed

15.  Professionally show the property

16.  Follow up on showings and obtain feed-back

17.  Qualify prospective buyers

18.  Obtain written contract and earnest money deposit

19.  Figure mathematics buyer & seller

20.  Negotiate price and terms on your behalf

21.  Assist buyers with locating and obtaining financing
